Maurizio Sarri reportedly wants to bring Allan and Kepa Arrizabalaga to Lazio
2022-01-13 02:10JAKARTA - Lazio club coach Maurizio Sarri is reportedly interested in signing Everton midfielder Allan and Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to his team in the January transfer window. Quoted from Italian Football, Tuesday (11/1/2022), Sarri had worked with Allan when both were still at Napoli a few seasons ago. The relationship between the two is quite good.
Lazio have the opportunity to sign Allan from Everton on loan until the end of the season. But they have to sell some players first because of the high salary of the Brazilian player.
Kepa is also believed to be trying to be loaned by Lazio with a duration until the end of the season. But the high salary of the Spaniard makes the Biancocelesti have to make sure of their next move.
In addition, Lazio is also reportedly looking at the opportunity to bring in midfielder from Inter Milan Matias Vecino whose contract will expire at the end of next season. It is known, Vecino was coached by Sarri when the two were at Empoli.
In addition to bringing in new players, Lazio is also believed to be selling some of its players, namely Spanish midfielder Luis Alberto. Reportedly Inter Milan, AC Milan, and Sevilla are ready to buy the player.
Clubs that want to bring in Alberto must spend up to 30 million euros or around Rp. 487 billion so that Lazio are ready to release the 29-year-old player.
Lazio are also reportedly trying to sell Kosovo striker Vedat Muriqi in the January transfer window in order to bring in new players. Two English clubs, namely Hull City and Leeds United, have an interest in the 27-year-old player.
Some time ago, Sarri said Lazio was in need of several new players in the January transfer window. This is after the Biancocelesti could only pick one point from two Italian League matches. Sarri says there are some players who don't fit into the style of play he has adopted in the Lazio team this season.
